The global pandemic of COVID-19 is affecting it more difficult to achieve the SDGs.
I think it is important to turn this negative effect into ways to achieve the SDGs, and also it is important how use it and action.
Thus I think I want to put two things into action.
Firstly, making the best use of online technology.
We can contact with people in remote location by advancement of online technology brought by COVID-19.
I think now is the time to utilize this technology.
If we actively use online technology, we will be able to communicate with overseas children and take part in volunteer.
We can also attend lectures about SDGs and share the information obtained there through social media.
Secondly,I want to reconsider disposal products that I use.
Disposal non-woven mask is necessary for us to protect ourselves from COVID-19.
But it is difficult for disposal non-weaves masks to be decomposed in ecosystem and 3% of them are flowing into the sea.
This is a problem to be solved to achieve goal 12 and 14 of the SDGs.
But we can hardly protect us from COVID-19 without masks.
So, I decided to use masks which can be decomposed in ecosystem and cloth masks that can be properly protected against infection.
By using these kind of masks, we can protect our planet from environmental pollution.
Also,with this action as an opportunity I want to take the initiative in using beeswax wraps instead of Saran Wraps.
I want to do my best to achieve the SDGs by put these action into practice.
