There are 700 million children over the age of 15 who cannot read and write in the world. Also, one in ten children is engaged in child labor. This is not just a matter for them, but for us and the world. To solve these problems, I think it is important to create a safe and secure learning environment for children, provide sustainable education, and believe in their infinite potential. How can we contribute to the creation of a better world？

First of all, the background to these problems is the destruction of the learning environment due to conflict and civil war. In fact, in Cambodia, the Khmer Rouge and other civil wars of the 1970s slaughtered teachers and many intellectuals, and schools and educational environment were destroyed. Even now, in areas still poor due to its impact, the educational environment is underdeveloped and parents lack a understanding of their education, creating disparities with urban areas. We need to change this situation with our actions. Coming to us is not just a direct activity like a volunteer. We can also indirectly provide funding from taxes. In other words, we contribute to ourselves and developing countries on a daily basis.

Through this volunteer platform activity, I was able to reaffirm the need for education. I think what I can do is give them the opportunity to learn a language. Going directly to the field may not be easy. But if you prepare the online environment, you will be connected to the world. I actually did the LIVE activity on the volunteer platform to improve their language skills and an opportunity for me and them to learn well. In addition, by interacting with overseas, we were able to learn not only words but also the culture of the country. I think that increasing the learning ability of children is used to nurture their hearts and thoughts.

Ultimately ,having a quality education for children will have a major impact on national and global development. It will be an essential tool for children in the future. Because speaking several languages other than your native language increases your choice of profession and increases your demand for employment abroad. That way, the understanding of learning will increase and the prevalence of education will increase. I think that repeating this cycle creates a sustainable future in the economy and society, and plays a major role in the development of the world. I also believe that the people and countries will be equal without the gap between developing and developed countries.

I think doing these efforts will help reduce children who are out of school and help children under harsh labor. One of our actions has the power to change their future. It can have good or bad effects at times. We should act consciously for their future. These problems cannot be solved by one person, so they must move on a regional, national and global scale. You don't have to think hard, because your only compassion can be a great force and change the world.
