By the online lesson volunteering, I thought it was very good experience. I have participated this volunteer work one year ago by Japanese.
I have never taught anything in English. But my volunteer work was successful.
I learned many things. The first, I learned about important things when I communicate with people from communication training. I can’t take communication well.
Sometimes I forget to make smile.So, I want to be conscious when I have a chance to talk with my friends or other people.
The second, Cambodia is less developed than Japan. So, they probably live a more inconvenient life than we do. But Cambodian children always smiling. We live in different countries and environments.　However, I noticed the two things in common between Cambodia and Japan. First one, people being able to make someone smile. We could make Cambodian children’s smile by teaching English. Second one, school is a place where we can meet and interact with people. When I attended the zoom meeting before starting the lesson, they were chatting and laughing happily.

My action plan after realizing these things is join the volunteer in developing countries especially Cambodia. I like to see the children’s smiles because I can get energized and feel happy when I see their smiles. But if I want to see children’s smiles in developing countries, we must help to solve the problems for example is the poor quality of education. So, I hope to bring smiles to children by volunteering.
