『It is time to act.』
The SDGs are global goals by 2030. There are 17 goals, ranging from the environment to human rights. It has the goal of not leaving anyone behind. I played a game about SDGs in a school class. It's a card game, where each person plays a country. And it is a game in which the countries cooperate and spend money to solve the problem. I learned how difficult it is to solve all 17 problems. I would like to introduce it a little. Let me give you an example. We will try to realize No. 4 "Quality education for everyone". The goal is to get all the kids to school. Now, let us consider the current problems of children in developing countries. Children do not have enough time to be educated. Because children have become a valuable workforce. One of the labors of children living in developing countries is to draw water from distant rivers. Therefore, it can be said that a stable supply of water is required to secure time for children to go to school. Therefore, in order to solve the 4th goal of "quality education for everyone", it is indispensable to solve the 6th goal of "safe water and toilets all over the world". Next, let us consider what we should do to supply safe water. Safe water must have abundant land and stop climate change. Therefore, for the goal of No. 6 "Safe water and toilets all over the world", No. 13 "Take concrete measures against climate change" and No. 15 "Protect land and affluence" It is also related to. As I have shown in the example, in order to solve one goal, it is necessary to deal with many problems at the same time and solve them at the same time. What I want to say here is that one problem cannot be divided into 17 times. We have to solve 17 problems at the same time. To do that, don't leave it to anyone. Everyone on the planet needs to work together across borders, races, and other barriers. However, at this point in time, many problems remain, such as the fact that some countries and regions are at war and various problems such as racial discrimination have not been resolved. Can all countries move in the same direction toward one goal? The SDGs are targeted for achievement in 2030. It's 2022 now. Since this goal was set in 2015, we are about to enter the turning point. I think we should start a full-fledged move. I am also a high school student and will work in society a little more. I myself would like to work hard to achieve my goals, as I am involved in the achievement of the SDGs.
