Now I am going to write about my Action Plan through Borapura volunteer.
　At first, I want to tell you about the real situation related to SDGs goals.
　First goal is No.3, Good Health and Well-Being. In 1967, Cambodia Civil War occurred. At that time, the huge number of people include teachers, doctors, and any other people with important occupations were dead. It’s connected to medical collapse. Recently, the number of the non-licensed doctors increased. It is caused by oppressing of intellectuals under Pol Pot regime. Also, they can't expect public medical center to give them high quality treatment, even if they pay high prices for the medical care. So, the situation that people ask non-licensed doctors because to give them high quality treatment, with cheaper cost is occurred. From these situations, I think the Cambodian government should give them the opportunity to take the exam for doctor license so that they will be legally licenses..
　Compared to Japan, the number of medical specials, such as doctors, nurses, and so on are overwhelmingly few. The medical level is also low. In Japan, all citizens include me can get high quality medical treatment by any hospital near form their houses. Besides, we can have medical insurance because there is s good system for people to get one. However, Cambodian people cannot do that. Because in Cambodia, the government doesn't offer any medical insurance. People who live in urban area or rich can go our for a medical tourism to the next country, Thailand. But rural people cannot. These medical gaps are also difference between Japan and Cambodia. How about in case of emergency? In Japan, we can call an ambulance at the spot. And it always arrives there in 30 minutes depending on the place. On the other hand, Cambodian ambulance needs over an hour to arrive. The patient can't get medical care, even if it arrives at the hospital because they don't have enough money.
Next goal is No.4, Quality Education. Because of the war, many people include intellectuals (e.g. teachers, doctors, students are dead. It greatly affects Cambodian education. In Cambodia, few teachers cause low education. Also, because of this, new generation can't get enough education as they grow up. So, the bad cycle never ends.
Lastly, I'd like to share my action plans. I have three plans.
　First, "Know". Before coming up with some plans, we need to know the real situation. I don't think we can do anything if we don't know. By doing so, we can move to next step, "Action".
　Second, "Volunteer". Do which we only can do the volunteer by going to the local places . We can ask for donating to other people in Japan. We can also teach We can use online to open the classroom to teach children. However, activity of conservation environment, victim support of disaster, activity of town planning, and more, can’t be on online. We need to go to local. So, if I have a chance, I want to do things that I can only do in the local places.
　Third, "Develop". To improve local economy, I want to do town planning.
