Why did you choose Volunteer Platform?
I chose VPF because I was moved by their vision and felt there was a possibility to realize valuable activities which contribute to society.
What are your responsibilities at work?
As for alliance division, my role is to propel cooperation with other organizations such as UN families. As for research, my roles are to and to do research on world issues and volunteer programs, to analyze them and to share the information with the members.
What are you careful about with clients and trade partners?
I try to understand the situations of clients and trade partners as much as possible so that we can build a good relationship and make situations better.
What do you find most valuable about being in Volunteer Platform?
I think VPF is always trying to create something new in the field of international cooperation. All the challenges are to support people who really need help. At the same time, VPF connects people across borders with friendship. I am sure these activities create a better world.
Do you feel any development in yourself since you became a VPF staff member?
I have learned a lot about how to put the vision into practical projects. VPF keeps trying and does not stop improving.
Do you have any hardships at work?
I always care about the priority in my tasks.
How do you spend your weekends?
Spending time with my family and friends makes me happy. Also, I enjoy reading books, writing papers, watching films, jogging and cooking.
What kind of person would you recommend VPF to?
I really recommend VPF to someone who wants to challenge in making changes in society, creating new frameworks which lead to a better world.
